Project: Canning River Drill Site Remediation Project Description: The project consisted of the remediation of the Canning River Drill Site located in the remote arctic adjacent to the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Following project planning and permitting, construction crews were mobilized to the site utilizing a cat-train. Approximately 1000 cubic yards of material were excavated to cap the existing reserve pit. Miscellaneous debris was removed and disposed of. Fields crews were mobilized during the summer for final site restoration and revegetation. Project Status: Project is 100 complete. |
